I agree about the micro USB. Iphone does it beutifully. Why do you need the Fm transmitter. I have N85 and it does the fm tranmitting very poorly. When you open many apps at the smae time your phone malfunctions. I have N95 and N Iphone Gs you need to be crazy to fell all the hard drive. I phone apps and movies don't take as much space as it does on N series. I never heard that the key board is hard on Iphone.
Does Nseries support other languages? N is made so far not for ATT. I agree about the speakers. N seres have great speakers. I agree. I agree about the flash support. I like the google maps more. Don't forget tom tom. I have tried all. I can't keep going. I phone wins in ease of use, many apps, many language support, blue tooth pairing with cars, faster response, better screen, better design, and the list goes on and on.
I feel that Iphone equals Mercedes and Nokia eguals Volvo. Since when were people comparing the N to the Iphone? I do admit that the N is really impressive with its great specs, ram, resolution, screen size, and the Os is nice, but I suppose the only real way to tell is by trying them each out side by side. Multitasking is nice, but since you can only use one at a time except for skype etc then whats the point in having them open in the background taking up space and batter life?
On the iphone stuff opens so fast you'd think it was multitasking. Plus push notifications is just fine for most people. Resolution is really only important for scenery, other than that 3MP is quite enough. Like I said before, people use a stylus because it would otherwise be impossible to use fingers. I have never once not been able to accurately press buttons or keys on the iphone, and I have big thumbs. They are both great phones, and I'd like to play around with the N very much if they offer it in US.
Meamo is also untested and unknown, some people think it's like fulldesktop linux The N will be a fail. The world has never seen anything like it, well done Apple.
This is good for hand writing because unlike apple, nokia is a all over the world so it has to cater to differnt popluations and some people espcially the asians prefer hand writing recognition for their myriad languages. But capacitative has the advantage of being more responsive. Although it has its side effects, being that it cannot be used with anything except your bare finger. This is really a pain especially for the North east states of the Us and Northern Europe in the cold climates.
You cant navigate well with gloves. Another advantage of capacitative is that multi-touch so it is very useful in games and other actions like pinching etc. As far as i know this is the only advantage of the iphone compared to the n and of course the other being the app store. But both of these can be expected in the near future with more developers flocking to maemo due to its open nature. Basically resolution means the number of lines you can see on the screen.
