Send required documents to the EOP Office. First-time students must have documents on file with the Admissions Office showing they meet at least one of the following as evidence of academic under-preparedness:. Other evidence of under-preparedness may also be given consideration, such as a requirement for prerequisite academic or developmental coursework as a result of basic skills testing. Complete and file an application for admission to FLCC, and be admitted to a degree program.
Register as a full-time student 12 or more credits. Meet academic and income guidelines see below. It is important for you to know that we have limited space available for EOP admits, so we cannot admit every student. Once we have filled all our available spots, we must stop admitting, even if we still have qualified students to review. We will keep you informed of your application status by email.
It is extremely important that you inform Enrollment Services immediately of any change in your email address. Be a high school graduate. Each applicant is evaluated individually and an overall pattern of achievement must be evident. Must be an upper division transfer applicant 60 transferable units or more.
Have earned a college grade point average of at least a 2. In order to be eligible for EOP admission you must be: - A New York State resident for 12 months prior to enrollment; - Require alternate admissions consideration; and - Qualify as economically disadvantaged according to the guidelines.
In selecting students for the program, priority is given to applicants from historically disadvantaged backgrounds. Please consult with your college adviser to determine if you qualify for this program.
You will be asked to complete and submit additional application materials and financial documentation beyond that which is required for non-EOP admission. Academic eligibility requirements will vary by campus.
